Food-manufacturing ERP

An ERP unifying QC, traceability & production

From shop-floor inspection to full batch traceability — one operational system.

The challenge

Shop-floor QC delays, paper-and-Excel data entry, and hard-to-trace batches all called for a digital, closed-loop system.

What we built

A desktop-grade ERP covering finance, QC, warehousing, production and HR — with an inspection-judgement engine, batch traceability, production reporting with output forecasting, and a visual approval workflow.

Highlights

  • “Pass-to-release” QC closed loop
  • Full-chain batch traceability
  • Trilingual + shop-floor tablet + label printing
  • Fine-grained permissions with MFA

Product tour

One ERP, shop floor to full traceability

A guided walk through the desktop-grade ERP we shipped for a pet-snack maker — a QC inspection engine that gates release, full-chain batch traceability, production reporting with drying-exit forecasting, and a shop-floor tablet backed by a visual approval workflow. Screens are representative UI, rebuilt for confidentiality. Hover any note to light up its point on screen.

Quality control · inspect

Pass-to-release, built into QC

Post-drying inspection samples a lot, checks every metric against spec, and computes a pass/fail judgement — only a PASS can release the batch to the warehouse.

  1. 1

    Statistical sampling

AQL-based sampling picks the right sample size for each lot.

  2. 2

    Metric-by-metric spec check

Moisture, weight, water activity and appearance each checked against spec.

  3. 3

    Automatic judgement

The engine rolls the measurements into a single PASS / FAIL verdict.

  4. 4

    Release gate

Only a PASS unlocks release to warehouse — the closed loop.
