A premium meal-kit brand needed online ordering, back-office operations, kitchen prep and delivery joined into one continuous flow — serving bilingual customers and driving growth.

A bilingual storefront (Stripe payments, member recharge, order management), a 50+ page operations back office (catalog, orders, CMS, analytics), and a kitchen-prep app (inventory forecasting, packing, shipping-label printing).
