What is Crunchy Plum?▼
Crunchy Plum is a local marketplace for prepaid deals (vouchers) you buy in the app and redeem at participating merchants — starting in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.
How do I redeem a voucher?▼
After purchase, open your voucher in the app and show the QR code to the merchant. They scan it to confirm redemption.
Can I get a refund?▼
If you have not redeemed yet, you can request a refund subject to our Refund Policy. Final wording and timelines are in the official policy (link will be added on the Legal page).
How do you handle payments?▼
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
Do I need a verified email?▼
You may browse without completing verification; purchasing may require a verified email. Check the in-app prompts for the current rule.
What if a deal expires?▼
Expiry rules are shown on each deal. If a voucher expires unused, platform rules may include automatic refund flows — see the Refund Policy when published.
