Before you start
- Use an email you check frequently; order and refund updates are sent there.
- Keep your phone notifications enabled for order status and time-sensitive reminders.
Create your account
- Open the app and tap Sign up.
- Choose your sign-in method (email/password or the options currently available in-app).
- Confirm your email when the verification message arrives.
Security recommendations
- Use a unique password for your Crunchy Plum account.
- If you share devices, always sign out after purchase or redemption.
- Keep your app updated so security fixes are applied.

Common issues
- No verification email: check spam folder first, then request resend.
- Can't sign in: use password reset from login screen and retry.
- Changed email: contact support via /about for assisted recovery.
