Redeem your voucher at the venue
Fast checklist for a smooth in-person redemption.
Redemption flow
- Open My vouchers (or equivalent section) before arriving at checkout.
- Select the active voucher and tap to reveal the QR code.
- Ask staff to scan and wait for completion confirmation.
Best practices
- Keep your screen brightness high for easier scanning.
- Do not mark a voucher as used until staff confirms redemption.
- If scanning fails, refresh the voucher page and retry.
If redemption fails
- Check network connection on your device.
- Confirm the voucher is still valid and unused.
- Ask staff to retry scan from merchant app scan screen.
- If still blocked, contact support with order ID and merchant name.
