Checkout and payment
Quantity, payment method, purchase confirmation, and where to look if a charge looks unfamiliar.
Description
This page walks through checkout: choosing quantity and options, confirming payment method and total, tapping purchase, and waiting for voucher or order confirmation in the app.
Steps
- Select quantity and any options the listing offers (variants, add-ons, party size, etc.).
- Confirm your payment method and the total amount shown on the checkout screen.
- Tap purchase (or the primary confirm control shown) and wait for voucher creation or order confirmed messaging.
If a charge on your card or bank statement uses a processor or merchant name you do not immediately recognize, open order or purchase history in the app first—the detail screen usually matches the charge to the deal you bought. If something still looks wrong, contact support with the approximate time and amount.

If something goes wrong
- Payment declined → check the card on file, billing ZIP if asked, and try again; your bank may also send a fraud text you need to approve.
- No voucher after success → pull to refresh My vouchers or Orders; wait a short time for the system to finish creating the voucher.
