Find your voucher
Where your purchased offers live in the app and how to pick the correct active voucher before you reach the counter.
Description
This page explains how to locate the voucher you bought so it is ready before or when you arrive—without marking it used until staff confirms.
Steps
- Open My vouchers (or the equivalent section your build uses for saved offers).
- Select the active voucher that matches this visit (check merchant name and offer title if you have several).
- Leave the voucher unused in the app until staff finishes scanning—do not mark it redeemed yourself ahead of time.
