Show your QR and complete redemption
The scan handoff at checkout plus simple habits that make scanning reliable.
Description
This page covers showing the QR code to staff, waiting for their scan to succeed, and seeing confirmation that redemption completed.
Steps
- On the voucher detail screen, tap to reveal the QR code when staff are ready to scan.
- Ask staff to scan from their normal checkout or redemption flow on their device or terminal.
- Wait on the screen until you see completion or success messaging from the app (wording may vary by version).
Tips
- Turn screen brightness up so the camera can read the code easily.
- If the first scan fails, go back and refresh the voucher screen (or close and reopen the voucher), then ask staff to try again.
