Payment account and withdrawal

Exact verification steps follow third-party UIs—never share OTPs with “support” callers.

Description

Owner / finance: payout accounts bind to legal entities—do not mix personal wallets with business accounts against policy. Staff: you should not change payout destinations unless explicitly delegated.

Steps

  1. Open Payment account, Payout settings, or Bank & Stripe under Earnings / Me depending on build.
  2. If not connected, tap Connect and complete Know Your Business questions honestly—names must match registration docs.
  3. Add bank account or debit destination as prompted; double-check routing numbers with a second pair of eyes.
  4. Complete identity steps (photo ID, selfie) if required—do this in good lighting to avoid retries.
  5. For Stripe Connect or similar, wait until dashboard shows Verified / Charges enabled before expecting payouts—timelines vary.
  6. To withdraw balance when manual pulls are supported, tap Withdraw, enter amount within min/max, confirm fees line if shown.
  7. Track processing states in Transactions—do not spend expected funds until your bank posts them.

If something goes wrong

  • Verification rejected: read exact reason text; update documents—do not submit altered scans.
  • Withdraw button missing: you may be on automatic payout cadence—see agreement or ask support.
  • Someone called asking for codes: hang up—platform support uses in-app Support chat, not phone OTP harvesting.
