Notifications
Use together with Me notification settings so alerts match how your team works.
Description
Everyone: the bell or Notifications list is the fastest path to time-sensitive tasks (after-sales SLA, deal rejection). Do not rely only on email if your floor runs on mobile.
Steps
- Tap Notifications from header icons or Me depending on build.
- Use tabs or filters (All / Unread / Finance) if present—clear Unread before shift end when possible.
- Tap an item to jump to the linked screen (order, deal, payout).
- Mark as read or clear per UX—some items stay until the underlying task closes.
- If notifications feel noisy, adjust channel preferences in Notification and email preferences—do not disable critical legal notices if the UI warns you.
- For outages, expect a system banner item—follow status instructions before flooding support.

If something goes wrong
- Empty inbox but email shows alerts: ensure same account; check filters; confirm notifications not disabled OS-level for the app.
- Cannot open linked task: permissions may block deep links—ask admin.
