Me settings overview

Labels cluster differently by role—this page orients you before you dive into subpages.

Description

Everyone: Me is your control panel for account-level choices. Cashier: you may see fewer rows than a manager—that is permission-driven.

Steps

  1. Tap Me in the bottom navigation (some trainee builds show Profile instead—same idea).
  2. Scroll the list and identify without tapping yet: Notifications, Email, Help center, Account security, Staff manage, Support chat—exact order varies.
  3. Note your name, role badge, and store line—tap through if any look wrong before troubleshooting feature bugs.
  4. Open Language if available when working in multilingual crews—confirm all staff understand guest-facing English deal terms regardless.
  5. Use Sign out at end of shift on shared devices—personal phones usually stay signed in per policy.

If something goes wrong

  • Me is blank: connectivity or corrupt session—force-close, reopen, then sign out/in if persists.
  • Expected menu missing: role issue—see Tabs and roles.
