Description

Everyone: the embedded Help center answers quick “where is the button” questions offline-ish. Trainers: pair it with this Merchant guide on the website for longer SOPs and printable paths.

Steps

  1. From Me, tap Help center, Help, or FAQs—icon varies.
  2. Search using plain words (refund, payout, scan). If no results, try synonyms (redeem, voucher).
  3. Open topic bundles that mirror your role—do not read admin-only topics if they confuse you; switch to website sections instead.
  4. When an article links out to Legal or web help, use Open in browser if prompted—mobile Safari/Chrome may ask confirmation.
  5. For steps that require screenshots not yet shipped, fall back to this site’s pages linked from Merchant guide home.
  6. Provide feedback thumbs if offered—product teams watch negative signals.

If something goes wrong

  • Blank help: update app; clear cache only if support advises—risk losing drafts elsewhere.
  • Conflicts between in-app text and website: prefer newer date in revision footer when shown; otherwise escalate via Support chat.
