Account settings
What you can change from Profile → Account Settings after you are signed in, and what requires support instead.
Description
After you are signed in, Profile includes Account Settings for phone number, viewing your sign-in email, and changing your password. Some changes are intentionally not offered in-app to avoid mistakes with orders and notifications.
Steps
From Profile, open Account Settings:
- Phone Number — tap to add or update your number on the Change phone screen. Enter a valid 10-digit U.S. local number (you can type it with or without spaces or dashes; the app normalizes it). If you have not added a number yet, you may see Not set.
- Email — shown for reference only. You cannot change your sign-in email inside the app (this avoids mistakes with orders, receipts, and notifications). To change your email, contact support via About & contact.
- Change Password — tap Change Password. Enter your current password, then a new password that meets the same strength rules as when you registered. If the current password is wrong, you will see Current password is incorrect.

If something goes wrong
- Current password is incorrect when changing password → confirm caps lock and the password you use for Sign in; use Forgot password? from Sign in if you no longer know it.
