Forgot password
Starting reset from Sign in, email cooldown, and completing the new-password flow opened from the message.
Description
This page explains how to start Forgot password? from Sign in, receive the reset link by email, and finish choosing a new password in the app.
Steps
- On Sign in, tap Forgot password?.
- Enter your email and send the reset link. If you tap send again too soon, the app may ask you to wait (about one minute) before resending — this reduces spam and mistakes.
- Open the reset link from your email on your phone. The app opens the reset password flow; stay on that screen until you finish choosing a new password (follow the prompts and strength rules shown there).
