My Coupons tabs

My Coupons is the hub for every voucher tied to your account, with a tab for each lifecycle stage.

My Coupons (app bar title) lists your vouchers in tabs. The tab labels in the app are:

Unused — not yet scanned at the venue; Cancel or Gift to Friend may appear here when you own the voucher.
Used — already redeemed; read-only for most actions except help links your build provides.
Reviews — contains two inner tabs, Pending (eligible deals waiting for your review) and Submitted (reviews already posted). Same inner tabs appear when you open Reviews from Profile.
Expired — past validity; the app may show refund-related messaging per deal policy.
Refunded — money returned per that voucher’s outcome; details may show Refund Amount and Refunded To when you open a row.
Gifted — vouchers you sent to someone else; you may see recall options only when the product still offers them.

The Profile shortcut To Use jumps you straight to the Unused experience.

Open Profile → To Use or open My Coupons from wherever your build lists it (some versions use a coupons entry from orders).
Swipe or tap each top tab to switch lists (Unused, Used, Reviews, …).
On Reviews, switch Pending vs Submitted with the inner tab bar.
Tap any voucher row to open its detail screen (QR, Navigate to Store, Call Store, Cancel, Gift to Friend, etc.—only what your state allows).
Pull down to refresh a tab after you buy, redeem, refund, or receive a gift.

Tab is empty but you expect vouchers → confirm you are on the correct tab (e.g. Gifted vs Unused); refresh; sign out/in if lists stay stale.
Cannot cancel → voucher may be used, gifted away, or ineligible; read on-screen text and see Refund eligibility.
