Description

My Orders is the running list of paid orders. Each row or card usually shows merchant, deal title, quantity, totals, and a status chip such as To Use, Used, Refund Processing, Refunded, Expired, or Completed—always read the exact label on your build. Tapping through opens Order Detail, where you can open vouchers, start Request Refund when the app allows it, or continue to After-Sales flows linked from that order (see After-sales requests).

Steps

1. Open Profile.
2. Tap All Orders (receipt icon). The app bar title is My Orders.
3. Scroll the list. Orders are grouped visually by merchant and deal; note the status color or text on each group card.
4. Tap a group to open Order Detail for that purchase.
5. On Order Detail, review line items, service fee, tax (if shown), and total.
6. To see QR codes or voucher actions, tap the control that opens your vouchers for that order (label may be View vouchers, Scan to Redeem, or similar—follow the button on screen).
7. If you need a refund and the app shows Request Refund, tap it and continue in Request a refund. If the button is missing, read the grey explanation or see Refund eligibility.
8. After you finish a new purchase, the success screen usually offers a shortcut to orders or vouchers—tap it so you know where the new items landed.

If something goes wrong

• An order never appears after payment succeeded → wait for the success screen to finish, pull to refresh My Orders, then check My Coupons unused tab; if still missing, use Customer Support with the time and amount.
• Status stuck on Refund Processing → see If redemption fails style patience guidance and Contact support if it exceeds the estimate shown in your refund flow.
