Customer support

Customer Support is the triage page that routes you to Email Us, Call Back Later, or Chat with Us.

Description

Customer Support lives near the bottom of Profile. The headline asks How would you like to reach us? and offers three cards:

  • Email Us — opens your mail app or lets you copy the support address. Subtitle mentions a response window—read it on screen.
  • Call Back Later — collects your phone (may pre-fill from your profile) and preferred time for a callback sheet.
  • Chat with Us — jumps into instant messaging; continue in Crunchy Plum Support chat.

This page is also the right bridge to the website’s FAQ and About & contact when you need policy context.

Steps

  1. Open ProfileCustomer Support.
  2. Pick the channel that matches urgency: Chat for interactive troubleshooting, Email for attachments and long explanations, Call Back if you need a voice conversation.
  3. For Email Us, choose Open mail or Copy address from the bottom sheet, then send your message including order number and screenshots.
  4. For Call Back Later, complete every field in the sheet and submit; watch for an incoming call near the time you picked.
  5. For Chat with Us, wait for the Crunchy Plum Support chat screen to load and type your first message.

If something goes wrong

  • Mail app does not open → use Copy address and paste into web mail manually.
  • Callback never arrives → double-check phone digits and timezone; retry or switch to Email Us.
