Write or edit a review
The Write a Review screen collects your overall score plus optional breakdowns and text before you submit or update.
Description
The composer title is Write a Review for new posts or Edit Review when you are updating an existing one. You will always set an overall star rating (required). Many builds also offer optional scores such as Environment, Hygiene, Service, and Product, plus hashtag chips and a written comment. Submitting publishes under your account name shown on Profile.
Steps
- From Pending, tap the row’s Write a Review action.
Or open Order Detail / voucher flows that surface the same button when eligible. - Drag or tap the overall rating control until the stars match your experience (the app may show an error if you try to submit with zero stars).
- Optionally set each detail slider if you want merchants to see a breakdown.
- Tap hashtags that match your visit (chips toggle on/off).
- Type your comment in the text box—keep it factual; harassment or private data may violate policy—see Legal.
- Tap Submit (or Save in edit mode). Wait for the success confirmation.
- To edit later, open Submitted and choose the review, or open My Reviews (see next page).
If something goes wrong
- Submit button disabled → complete the required overall rating; check network.
- Hashtags never load → retry after refresh; if still broken, contact Customer support.
