Crunchy Plum Support chat

The support chat uses the same composer patterns as other chats but is labeled Crunchy Plum Support in the app bar.

Description

After Customer Support → Chat with Us, you land on Crunchy Plum Support (app bar title). This channel is for account, billing, orders, and technical questions that benefit from back-and-forth messaging. Keep personal data to what support asks for.

Steps

  1. From Customer support, tap Chat with Us.
  2. Read any greeting or suggested articles the chat inserts at the top.
  3. Type your question in the message field; attach photos or files if the composer shows a paperclip or plus icon.
  4. Send with the airplane / Send button.
  5. Stay on the screen until the agent answers; background the app only if you are comfortable missing push notifications—see Notifications.
  6. When finished, use Back to return to Profile or Home.

If something goes wrong

  • Spinner never stops → check network, force-close and reopen chat from Customer Support again.
  • Sensitive issue → switch to Email Us so you can include PDFs or long logs.
