Reviews Pending and Submitted
Pending lists eligible visits; Submitted lists published reviews—same inner tabs under My Coupons Reviews or the standalone Reviews screen.
Description
You can manage reviews from two places that stay in sync:
- Profile → Reviews (opens My Coupons on the Reviews tab).
- My Coupons → top tab Reviews → inner tabs Pending and Submitted.
Pending shows deals that expect a review from you (one row per deal rule your app uses). Submitted shows reviews already published so you can reopen them for edits if the app allows.
Steps
- Open Profile → Reviews (rate-review icon).
Or open My Coupons and tap the Reviews tab at the top. - Under Reviews, tap Pending to see what still needs a star rating.
- Tap Submitted to see finished reviews; tap a row to open details or Edit Review when offered.
- From Pending, tap Write a Review on a row to jump into the composer (see Write or edit a review).
If something goes wrong
- Pending is empty → you may have no eligible redeemed orders yet, or you already submitted for each; check Submitted.
- You disagree with moderation → use Customer support; keep screenshots of the review text.
