Description

Gift lets you transfer an unused voucher to someone else’s email. After you send it, the voucher moves out of your Unused list and appears under My Coupons → Gifted for tracking. The recipient must claim it through the email or message Crunchy Plum sends—usually by opening the app from that message on their own device. Refund rules for gifted vouchers differ; always read on-screen notices and Refund eligibility.

Steps

Send a gift

1. Open My Coupons → Unused (or Profile → To Use).
2. Open the voucher you want to gift.
3. Tap Gift to Friend (gift icon).
4. Enter the recipient’s email address twice if the form asks for confirmation.
5. Tap Send Gift (or the primary confirm button). Wait for the success confirmation.

Track gifted vouchers

1. Open My Coupons.
2. Tap the Gifted tab.
3. Open a row to see status (pending claim, claimed, recalled—only if your app version still offers recall). Read any Recall this gift? dialog carefully before you confirm.

Recipient experience (tell your friend)

1. They open the email or message from Crunchy Plum on their phone.
2. They follow Open in app (or equivalent) to install or launch Crunchy Plum.
3. They sign in or create an account if needed, then claim the voucher inside the guided screen.

If something goes wrong

• Send Gift disabled → voucher may already be used, expired, or not owned by you; read the banner.
• Recipient never received email → ask them to check spam; verify the email spelling; resend if the app offers it.
• You need the money back instead of gifting → cancel may no longer be available after send—use Customer Support.
