Description

Store Credit is money held inside your Crunchy Plum account that you can apply toward new purchases. It can come from promotions, refunds that you chose to return as Store Credit, or other credits the app shows on your Transaction History. This page explains how to read the balance, review history, and use credit at checkout—without repeating full refund rules (see How refunds work and Checkout and payment).

Steps

1. Open the Profile tab (bottom navigation).
2. In the quick links row, tap Credit (wallet icon). The screen title is Store Credit.
3. At the top you will see your current balance on the gradient card.
4. Scroll to Transaction History. Each row is one movement (amount, short description, and date as shown).
5. Pull down on the list to refresh if you just completed a refund or purchase and expect an updated balance.
6. To pay with Store Credit on a new order: start checkout from a deal or the Cart tab, then use the Store Credit toggle or field exactly as the checkout screen labels it (wording may vary by version). If your balance is less than the order total, the app will show how much still goes to your card—read the on-screen math before you confirm.

If something goes wrong

• Failed to load transactions → check network, pull to refresh again, then sign out and back in if the list stays empty while the balance looks wrong.
• Balance did not update after a refund → wait a minute and refresh; if you chose Original Payment for that refund, money may go to the card instead—see Request a refund.
• Checkout will not apply credit → confirm you are signed in as the same account that holds the balance; some deals may hide the option—read any banner on the checkout screen.
